Financing Your Care

In our office, we offer high quality care and payment options that work for all of our patients. Below you will find a list of insurance and payment plans that we accept. If you don’t see your preferred method on our list, please call our office to find out what other options may be available to you.

Insurance Plans this Office Participates in:

  • Blue Cross Blue Shield of Kansas City
  • Delta Dental (Premier Only – PPO is considered out of network)
  • MetLife
  • Aetna
  • Humana/CompBenefits
  • Ameritas/Principal
  • Connection Dental (GEHA)
  • Assurant DHA

The following Insurances sometimes fall under the Connection Dental Program. If the card says Connection Dental on it, then we can see the patient.

  • United Health Care

We are not providers for Medicare.

Medicaid Programs:

  • DentaQuest
  • DHW 

We are NOT providers for straight Medicaid or United Healthcare Medicaid.

Payment options:

  • Payment is expected upon completion of the procedure.
  • Check or Credit Card: 
  • Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover are accepted by our office.

Other options:

  • For patients needing extended payment options we partner with the following companies:
  • CareCredit: Apply online (www.carecredit.com).
  • Greensky Financial:  Apply online (www.greenskyfinancial.com)

Please note: Payment is due at the time of service.

As a courtesy to you, we will bill your insurance company and track claims. Please keep us informed of any changes to your insurance plan. You are responsible for the fees charged by our office, no matter what your insurance coverage may be. Most insurance companies should respond to the claim within four to six weeks. Any remaining balance beyond your estimated out of pocket cost is your responsibility.
