Fees vary depending on the tooth and procedure to be performed. Payment may be made by cash, personal check, Visa, American Express, MasterCard, or Discover Card. Our office will provide you with an estimate for your out of pocket cost at the time of the procedure. You will be responsible for paying the balance of your account once your treatment has been completed. We do offer extended payment options through CareCredit. If you would like to use the extended payment option you will need to apply with CareCredit prior to your appointment.
Please remember you are fully responsible for all fees charged by this office regardless of your insurance coverage.
Your estimated out of pocket cost for treatment will be due upon completion of the procedure. Most insurance companies will respond within four to six weeks. Please call our office if your statement does not reflect your insurance payment within that time frame. Any remaining balance after your insurance has paid is your responsibility. Your prompt remittance is appreciated.
